Africa's Most Selective Leadership Programme

Each year, 20–25 exceptional leaders between the ages of 26 and 38 are nominated from across Africa and the diaspora. Admission is by nomination only — designed to convene a small, high-impact cohort capable of reshaping Africa's leadership architecture.
